The package was supposed to be delivered within 2 days, but it never arrived.On top of that, the customer service was non-existent; I was unable to get in touch with anyone to inquire about the status of my package. I tried calling them several times to get information but I was left with no answers. I have no clue about the parcel now and I am worried if it is being returned to sender. I was extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of communication from the courier service. In the future, I will be sure to use a different delivery service.

No home delivery available and very arrogant behaviour from the staff. When asked for their policy regarding home delivery, they were yelling at us. The man and lady who picks up the call is very arrogant and cuts the call if asked for item tracking saying they are busy. They asked us to collect it from an old house behind KVR tower. I don't understand why these people are into this when they don't deliver things at home.

Office in Thalassery is one of worst case, but the same time other offices like Kannur and Chakarakal does good job, once my courier came with half address and employees working there helped so fastly🖤.At same time in thalassery so bad.😶😕
