Propably good service compared to other couriers. The booking charges are low and delivery to the destination is quick compared to other courier services. Regarding lack of door to door service, I learnt that it was due to short of manpower after corona, though they had door delivery earlier. Only one person available for delivering around 7 km area of thier office circle. They deliver to nearest shops or offices as required by customer which may be on the way to their office. Except for door delivery everything is good. I hope people can pick up from office if urgent and need not rely on the door delivery. After all everything is a matter of cooperation.

No door delivery service available for them in small town like kizhakkambalam and bad I don’t know why they have an office here in kizhakkambalam. It was better that I collect it from the sender directly which was nearby. customer care center response also not satisfied.

Professional courier seems better compared to other courier services like DTDC in terms of charges. DTDC's courier charges starts at ₹200 whereas for the same courier, PC charges around ₹50. But the problem as so many have said is their delay in delivery. But you have to understand that this is not just the situation with just Professiinal Courier, but almost all courier services does this. Better if they resolve this. The only option left for customers is to go to their office and get the courier in person.. Hope they resolve this issue (the delay) somehow!!😃🤷‍♂️

Secondly, they don't have a system to communicate the arrival of the consignment to the recipients but we have to call and enquire.
