If you want your consignment to get lost please use this service. It's just ironic that they're named professional couriers. Speed Post is a way better service than this outlet. No tracking. No responsibility to deliver. No one to answer a call. They send packages between their locations with delivery pincode fights between these people.

Worst Experience - Customer Interaction level is very bad, Speaking in a Rude manner. Called for Enquiring about my parcel Delivery, I politely asked I didn't get any calls, did my parcel delivered, since the delivery status is in Delivered... But the staff is not ready to reply me he shouted at me like "Go check with your appartment security and is this Food Delivery to Call you before Delivery & hand it to you note this is Courier and he cuts the call"....

I used professional courier to parcel an item from Bangalore to Chennai ..it took one day so I thought will use the same to courier from Chennai to bangalore..I asked for pickup ..The personal came and took the delivery...meanwhile I was at airport, the personal said without weighing 200 Rs where in I paid 90 Rs for Bangalore to Chennai ..and on top of that he said 50 Rs for him...Such a pathetic service ..Finally used Delhivery that service was very professional..unlike the name Professional service which is not at all professional
