Lot more to improve. The receipt /bill they provide have an outdated phone number - landline number -but they have disconnected it seems. The item tracking number in the bill won't work unless you append another code. but no such instruction provided in the receipt. These are very basic things to have, but not sure the team is not taking care of all these. And these days they won't do home delivery - we need to go and pick the items.

I wonder how these people got the rating 2.8. All are rating one and they deserve even less. They don't deliver the shipment, they will ask to come and collect. For my courier from Bangalore, they charged 4 times the normal charge saying it's premium service which will be fast and secure but when it reached Paravoor, they didn't deliver it and it was sent back.

Very bad experience with them. The courier reached their office on 12th July 2021 & they didn’t even contact me. When I tried to track my courier on 16th July 2021 it was showing it reached here on 12th July & when I called their office they told me that they forgot to call & when I asked for delivery they told me to collect it from their office even during the corona outbreak.

One star is just given for the purpose of writing this review, otherwise they deserve some negative rating. Very bad experience, it should have been named Non professional Courier. No home delivery is offered even to nearest proximity. No response for any queries and they won't answer the calls.

Very bad service! In the website they offer big promises. You never get them on telephone. Shipments will not be delivered even if it's 1.8 kms. We are living in a fast world and even SpeedPost deliver things at home. They should change their name to Unprofessional Courier or Professional Unprofessionals. I'm very upset about their unprofessional service. Not only once but many times.

You cannot even say bad service because they don't do any service. They are not ready to deliver your parcels to home. It's a shame to their name itself.. how come they are professional, I totally don't understand. They called and asked me to collect my parcel from their collection centre at cherai. Then what is their service? If I have to go halfway to collect my parcel from where I ordered, why should I opt a courier service and pay for it. And they say they will only deliver in Paravur town..no sense at all. I will never ever opt this one.
