Can’t even give one star . Very pathetic experience that too repeatedly they does the same thing . My product reached the office on jun 26th and even after two days they haven’t called me yet. Only after I tracked my courier I saw that it’s already out for delivery . Very poor and irresponsible Service .

Very bad experience. They will not deliver the parcel in 2KM radius also. They expect people to collect parcel from there office. I questioned him and he is asking me "Why are you sending courier here". No professionalism for Professional courier.

No one should use professional courier under any circumstances. If you call them, they won't answer your mobile. A large company's land line has been cut. 21 days since I left a parcel (from inside Kerala. ) still no information.. so don't rely on them.

Pathetic service. We had sent 2 couriers- one to Kannur and another to Nileshwar from Bangalore. The one to Kannur reached within 4 days but we had to call Nileshwar office umpteen times to track the second one. It took 3 days for them to pick the call. They told that there was some strike in Kochi and hence the courier was delayed. Do they that we are all fools? if there was a strike then how come the parcel to Kannur was delivered on time as both were routed through Kochi. They told us that they don't have delivery in Mekkat area. We told them we are ready to pay but please deliver it as it had the onakkodi for our parents. Till now they have not delivered it and they are not picking calls also. Pattillenkil kalanjittu pokanam. allathe aalkkare kond parayippikkaruth. if you can deliver only to addresses in front of your office then mention it to all other branches so that we can go with some other service provider.

Very pathetic service.10 days for a courier to reach from calicut to Kozhikode. The courier reached the office in 2 days time but the office people are not aware of that. While contacting them they used to say it's still on transit snd didn't reach office. Finally after lots of follow up people from head office called them to tell that it's in there office. (For there realization)

Very worst and pathetic experience with the service. The parcel not yet delivered to me even the committed delivery date was couple of days ago and the parcel is still at the source. The response from the office staff is unprofessional and no proper update about the delay in shipment. I will never go for their service again.

They doesn't have any manners or responsibility to even attend the call or call back. Not at all professional. Sit back home and relax if u can't serve others!

Worst service.lady over there wont know how to behave to customer.she behaves as if it's a sacrifice done by her collecting our package from the sendee. If proffessional couriers dnt have home delivery y dnt u people add that to ur notifications nd specify it properly ."no home delivery.. " I wont suggest anyone to prefer proffessional couriers working in city center nileshwar due to worst experience from the staff side.attitude of staff especially the lady who attend telephone calls is overruling nd rude.

i had a worst experience with this courier service. they were suppose to deliver my package to vellarikundu. they send it to their branch in vellarikundu but no one informed us about the same. when i called them to ask about my package they rudely told me as per vellarikundu courier service i have to go and get it myself as they don't deliver. 1) nileshwar courier service did not inform me saying they will be sending it to vellarikundu service.2) the phone number showing in internet is not valid. 3)i did not receive any calls from vellarikundu courier service that they had received my package. i am v upset as the package was received on time. in my opinion this service is not professional and are rude. i would like to recommend to start using other services.
