The Delivery date of my parcel is of 16th November. Parcel is received at Sanathal on 13th of November but as on 18th November still not delivered. When i talk to Sanathal TCI Staff he told me that they don't have any delivery person till 20th November & if you need parcel before 20th November than you have to take it from TCI office. After paying 500/- rs for door delivery i payed 1000/- for Vehicle to take my parcel... After that when vehicle reached at TCI office they asked driver for ID proof of Concern person after showing them Docket Copy. Overall Service staff is behaving life lower class Helpers. I suggest everyone to go with any local courier as you will get batter service in less cost

TCI office person are take granted customers....no body wants to helping.... Very poor quality service......as per my opinion no one use TCI service.......they are lier's.
