Call center guys not even bother if you are facing problem if consignment delaying. if possible we will give 0 rating to safexpress.

My luggage reached Hyderabad on 15nth but they are not delivering it. No way to contact them. I had to buy new clothes and stuff. Still my luggage not delivered. Kindly help if anyone can.

Pathetic service at their Kolkata branch. They gave a quote and asked the customer to pack the goods on their own and drop the household goods at their warehouse without providing the their address. They stated they'd provide the address once the photos of the packed goods were sent to them. After the photos were sent, they didn't contact the customer. And finally on being contacted by the customer they decline to provide the address stating the packing is not satisfactory. However on contacting another service provider they were happy to assist with the goods without any problems which shows that the service of safexpress is terrible and the worst part is they make their customers go through a nightmare during tough times. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all!
