Extremely unprofessional, poor management and obnoxiously unreliable. I recommend Blue dart or any other courier services but Safexpress. I needed to parcel some items and requested Safexpress that it was done immediately. I was assured that a pickup/ delivery person would reach first thing in the morning the next day. They made me wait the entire day, the next day, and assuring me that they'd arrive within the next hour of every phone call I made, until it was too late for any pickup. I spoke with their manager, Ranjit, who blatantly kept insisting that we wait and not look for any other service. You are reading my review out of frustration and on the third day after their promise. No one has arrived, and our beloved Mr. Ranjit still insists his person is on his way. I understand that one can get stuck with unforseen circumstances, but why not own up and say that the service can't be provided, when the main constraint was always shortage of time? His "assurance" has got me so far that there's no way I can get my parcel to reach on time.

Absolutely pathetic. If there had been any other options available I would've happily used that. 1. Their staff quoted some other price on call and charged something else when I took my stuff to them 2. Said something about policy of "either their boxes or my own boxes" so that they can charge me more. 3. Their cartons and packaging is absolutely pathetic. No plastic inside, they even didn't put tapes properly for tightly packing. Only did when I persuaded them 4. When the parcel reached the destination some of the boxes were torn and my stuff was falling out I wish there had been better and bigger companies like blue dart in small cities like Dibrugarh so that their monopoly ends and they can stop fooling the customer.

They store people's consignments in the desttination city's hub for almost a week, deliver packages very very late, despite 1000s of reminders and requests. Better to use other companies. My orders were sent from kolkata on 8th oct 2021 and i was told it was a direct flight delivery so i had to pay more than 20k . And after that it reached Guwahati and stop there . When i call them and enquire about my issue they tell me it will be delivered to my doorstep in another 4 to 5 days. After taking the fees and telling lies that it will reach the destination fast and furious. Very lousy and unreliable bekar logistics

My consignment was consist of 2 box (wooden ). But safexpress deliver me only 1 box completely safe and secure. But the other box was open and the outter wooden box was missing. It's should come in that wooden box since it was clearly mentioned by the saler that the shipment content fragile optical components which might get damage.that is the reason to put it in the wooden box. But safexpress misplace it and I only got it without the outer box.
