I would have not given even one star if there was an option. The delivery reached 5 days after the status showed "delivered". They would not pick up the calls. They had even come to pick up the courier without a box when I had specified for the same. Then i had to packed in my box because it was urgent. THEY CHARGED ADDITIONAL WEIGHT. The box got there in a very bad condition with things missing. I never expected the service to be this bad.

They charged me 2.5times of normal for transport by air to deliver in 2-3days. Actually delivered on 6th day. If I would have known I would have ordered the normal surface 7day transit They have stolen/lost my things from the box that was taped wrapped with plastic,cloth and stitched. Not even paid any compensation and not replying to emails even. Worst service experience ever.
