I have approached Safexpress for the first time and I have been disappointed thrice. I tried to reach the pick-up person but they refused to either pick up or delay it or not answer my call. Just because I wanted a pick-up on Sunday I was refused numerous times and I even tried to contact so many people from Safexpress but no one helped. So how do I even feel secure with my stuff to be picked up and delivered to the destination? I wrote two-three emails also but no one responded! It's not acceptable. Even after they apologised. When I again accepted it and put a pickup request, yet again no one contacted or confirmed my pickup request. They gave reasons like your location is a bit on the outskirts of the city and so there are not many people who go there or pickup..! Such ill-mannered responses from your side and improve them at the earliest before taking pick-up orders as such unprofessional operations are never welcomed.
