They are a bunch of frauds. They told me the rate per kg and I paid according to the rate and the weight they told. When the shipment arrived the weight written was about 15-20kg less than what they mentioned on the invoice. When I confronted him I got the response that "if we won't do this how will we earn" and tried to justify their fraud by telling me that Bangalore is costly so we do this. I mean seriously? I agree Bangalore is costly but that doesn't mean you can do fraud. Please weigh your package on your own if you want to use safexpress. They charge way too much extra with fraud. I paid about 2000-3000 extra because of this.

The delivery of our vehicles was late to our desired address, so we went here to pick our two 2 wheelers, one of the vehicle was not taken care and the battery was drained, so we had to tow the vehicle to a battery shop for more than 4 kilometres, the people at logistic services just do their job however they want, they don't even care what they are doing
