Pathetic experience with this place. Rude employee who doesn't speak Malayalam. He himself admits he is not good at English and that caused the miscommunication. (To make myself clear, I am not saying English is a must. In fact I respect him trying to communicate in a language that's not his regional one) I am mad at his comment that everyone speaks/ should speak Hindi irrespective of wherever you are in India. Malayalam being a regional language is not good enough. I am not completely comfortable in Hindi and does that mean I will not be able to get the services from a courier company? And that too in my own home town. I believe the issue is not completely with this employee, but with the whole company. They should know where they are and who their customers would be. Accordingly, have the right personal to support the customers.
