Actually to be honest, after all the bad reviews which i saw online! I was a bit sceptical! But their service is actually very good. Polite staffs. I had 2 Parcel within this 10 days, all went smoothly. 1 Parcel was from Hyderabad, and the other was from Bhopal. Keep up the good work 💯

The worst type of courier service, no punctuality, sales people can't track the package, the employees did not even pay attention to the customers at the office in navelim, goa. Please don't for such a courier service ever.

Worst service. I had to travel 70km from sindhudurg to pick up the parcel. Moreover they took extra unnecessary charges as handling charges apart from original payment I would recommend never to go for TCI freight. #Lootere

Terrible service. The staff is non cooperative. Not only it took a long while to get our goods, the manager rarely picked up our calls, never made an effort to track offline. I was charged 150 rupees just to get my stuff out from their own Godown, not even to load it in their van.
