The worse service one can ever get. Very arrogant staffs over there. Been several times I have had problems with this office. The staff makes people wait for hours. Once I came over and knocked for several times and also waited for about 20 minutes outside hoping they would open the office soon. Then the postman came and opened the door, inside were the staffs who didn't even have the courtesy to open the door or even announce their presence. Had the postman not come I would have been waiting for hours. Another time they complained that I shouldn't use the address which I used in my parcel, the next time they said I shouldn't use the one which they said I should use. Another time I got my delivery a month after. Can we get better and more well-mannered staff here please?
