They promised to deliver my courier from jadcharla to Hyderabad in one day by collecting extra 50% of normal courier charges by saying it's an speed courier. But it was delivered after 4days after multiple follow-ups, tracking and complaints. Their web application does not even work or respond properly. Attached snapshots. Please go for DTDC.

The parcel which was to be sent in 2 days didn't reached even after 10 Days and Trying to reach the professional Couriers Jadcherla but they are on call from 1 Hour and call waiting for one hour is not tolerable. So customer has to wait ? To reach them and does it takes so many days to deliver the parcel?
