With my experience even single star is also waste, but that is the least i can select. They have name Professional but not in their work . Worst courier service i never seen in my life. No proper tracking mechanism, not responsible, daily they provide differnt updates, we can't relay on a single statement. Customer support also not proper, Waste of time and money, i would suggest better never ever use this courier facility.

Complete unprofessional behavior by the staff there and i had my last three couriers to be delivered and all three were delayed with no proper reasons. The staff there donot feel answerable to the delay in delivery. Sometimes you need to go there and pick your order by yourself. The speed post of Indian Post works more effectively than them. Waste of money on using these courier of Yellandu.
