Expressbees has been an extremely disappointing courier service in my personal experience. The behavior of their delivery boy was absolutely unacceptable. Not only did he display rude and disrespectful behavior, but he also had a tendency to cancel my orders without even attempting to deliver them. Furthermore, when I tried to contact him for updates or clarification, he either ignored my calls or failed to return them. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value prompt and respectful delivery experiences.

If google had an option of no stars i would have definitely opt for that. No courier service opens at 12 noon, and this one’s odd one out. I called to the office at 10 in the morning and the guy asks me to call at 12 noon , the second time i call ,the guy says we are closing in 10 minutes, and hung up the call without even letting me complete my enquiry. If this is so, then why do you have a office ,we are not sitting and waiting the whole day for you people to answer in your own free time , it’s your basic responsibility in which you are so unprofessional .It’s better for the guy to learn how to talk over a phone , go get a class on moral etiquette and then then answer someone’s call . The worst service provider, never gonna deal with this kind of people again .

UNPROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICE This is the most unprofessional courier service I have ever seen.. You don't deserve even ONE SINGLE STAR.. Why don't you guys deliver a single parcel on time? Rubbish courier service.. Even the phone number is oit of service... You don't update anything on the Internet.. Whether it has reached your office or not nothing.. Why don't you shut down this rubbish business?? I want to slap eveyone those who are a part of this courier service at TINSUKIA, ASSAM.. HOPELESS, IDIOTS..

They provide extremely bad service. Their duty is to deliver otherwise not to accept order for delivery to a particular address. But I have repeatedly faced misbehaviour and no delivery service from them. They call their customers to terrify them to pick up their parcel or else it will be returned. And they have only one delivery boy as stated by them. N moreover I even tried to contact and complain their head office and guwahato office but the numbers are either out of service or busy. And lines are never received.
