very worst service. you wont get any response from Tuni branch as well as from their management. In this pandemic situation to deliver a product I opted the Professional services,Tuni dated 18/04/2021 to courier it to Hyderabad location. After that there is no any information, so I have called and asked why the delay in delivery? so they started replying irrelevant answers and I took this to their higher management but its very useless. we wont get any expedite solution or response. Due to this worst service I had lost 6000/-. So only thing I can do is - I have requested them to return my parcel. After 3months 22/07/2021 I received my product back. You wont get any proper response from Tuni branch as well. Based on my past experience the people who organizing the service from Tuni branch they least bother of your products once you paid the money.

Though this courier agency is good in transporting your goods ,day by day their services in tuni has been deteriorating due to wrong handling of customers with their words ,i have faced it many times , i will not approach this courier agency in future as the staff are asking the customers to come and collect the parcels and when asked why they are saying that they don't have service in our area,my question is why are they handling the goods if there is no delivery system to the customers house.Very much disappointed with this service.
