Not a good experience from Professional Courier Kumta . 1. Contact Number mentioned in the official Professional courier website and even in the Google location is invalid and doesnt help in connecting through phone and is hence useless. 2. Staff doesn't care to deliver the courier and neither informs that our parcel has arrived even if it was at the Courier office for 3 days. 3. Luckily the parcel was safe and not damaged hence an extra ⭐ This review holds good for the posted date. Hope they might update a valid contact number and improve delivery service in future.
