I ordered a spect glass from SDM ujire hospital and they chose professional courier to send my parcel even though i am just 40 km away(Mudigere) from ujire, professional courier belthangandy haven't dispatched my parcel even after 8 days(till today) . I VISITED nearest office of the professional courier, i did not get any help from them as well. I request everyone to avoid these kind of unprofessional courier service company for your safe parcel delivery.

They are not eligible for single ratings also. Here we should collect our parcel by our own. They are least bothered about delivery. If we want our we should visit their office and collect. Giving the lame excuses of delivery boy is not there. Sent complaint mail to Head Office they didn't reply also for that. Very irresponsible people. For whose sake they are opened god knws. Not recommended.

We had ordered from an online store which sent our items through this courier .but the persons just called us once which was missed .then they did not call or message for many days.when we contacted our seller he told us he had sent the items .then these ppl call us after a week and tell they have called many times and they don't have people to deliver our items so we need to go and pick it up ouverselves.they were very rude in thier call .really disappointed with the service

I dont even like to give a single star... Their response is very bad... On 23dr December we courier our original documents through Professional courier, but till date it dint reach bangalore, and we cant see the status of the courier, they say that their system is been updated, nd we are following up but these people are very careless nd they wont even update the status, they say we will update in half an hour, but not a single update nd i don't know how irresponsible they are.. And now they are not even receiving the phone call.. Worst experience..
