Do not send any item or medicine, or any kind of parcel through professional courier.They are cheating us,very very very bad service. I sent 2 types of medicines to my friend in Oman(Muscat).(with all the right documents which they required for the same) But they stuck my parcel in Chennai and without knowing me they sent half medicine to Oman and charged full amount (4500/-Rs only 460 Grm). And half the medicine was sent back to me. When I asked why did you do this, how could you send without knowing me, he replied that "we can't do anything, we sent, so did, we can't do anything now." After fighting with them about this, they refunded me 25% of the fee. I mean 1100/-.What is the use of it when they can't send our parcel in professional view.. Now tell me guys, how can we trust this service. I just want to request all of you not to send any valuable item through this service.

Very Irresponsible service ,had sent a courier from honnavar,when asked about the status of consignment they provide Bangalore office number which is of no use and even they provide negligent answers ,if you really want to send something important better to trust india post ,money ,time everything is waste ,if we chose professional courier ,should stop using this Rubbish service.
