Not at all professional as the same says. I had a urgent courier from bangalore and after it was sent from bangalore to thirthahalli, no further updates were given to consignee. When I checked online with the provided tracking ID, I was badly dissatisfied to see the status was not changed for 5 days. I then called the number provided in online to get the answer as it is still not arrived. Expected delivery time was NOT given. Status was NOT changed in online tracking. Updates were Not given to client or consignee. Not at all for urgent courier. 6 days from bangalore to thirthahalli (still not delivered) without any updates on it.

They dont deliver in correct time. For urgent parcel donot choose this corrier. At least they have to call us and inform that the parcel arrived and to collect if urgent. Bad experience.
