I got two parcels from Nilambur, two times i had to collect from their office, the courier office is less than one kilometers from my house, they says they dont have staffs to deliver, then why did they take delivery charges... I want my money back. Dont trust this professional courier service

Worst experience, whatever the address you gave doesn’t matter you have to pickup your items from their office. They have just one staff for all service🤣 and they call themselves professional courier. I paid 2k+ for my courier and another Rs700 for taking my luggage home(taxi). Even though nearest office to my address is edakkara they called me and asked to take luggage from nilambur or else wait for another one week🤣.
