This temple is in a beautiful and good location. It is quiet here except for the rush of cars on the highway. The area around the temple is very clean. There is also facility for sitting in the temple. This temple is located where the old Zuari Bridge ends when we are traveling from Mumbai to Kochi. As this temple is on a high place, we can see the view of the new cable bridge from the temple premises and we can also see the port on the adjacent bay, from where we can see other beautiful views of the bay. When you come to this temple, you feel happy.

The Maruti temple at Zuari bridge is very popular temple, specially on every Saturday. The temple dons the black idol as the main idol and also one metallic idol on the front on which devotees pour oil as a gesture of their offering. The oil can be procured outside near the stairs from the vendors.
