Worst service ever, it's been more than 10 days and the item not delivered yet. The person whoever on the customer care was rude. It seems like they don't want customers and the lady doesn't even listens to the queries and disconnects the phone during conversation. They are not providing the service whatever they are claiming. Neither delivery is within time nor response is prompt.

They called and told me to come and collect your parcel. It's too far from where I live. No delivery nothing. When asked to deliver they said they won't be able to. Service- 0/5 Delivery- 0/5 Was my parcel safe- Yes 5/5 Will use their service again- No.

Very good service, I sent ayurvedic Jadibooti to Kolkata from Ranchi and it was delivered within 26hrs. Hope the same in near future. I don't understand how many people have given worst reviews.
