Tracking ID19041192792223 Is this the way you serve your customers.. I have an assignment today, and seeing your bloody SMS I waited at home till now. And the guy who called me, just kept telling Hello Hello Hello and cut the call. I called back more than a dozen times, and he is not picking, or in another call. Now when I checked the tracking, it is showing Consignee Unavailable. Now the guy picked up, and told some so called technical issue and raining issue. Are you cheating the customers. I am waiting here for the consignment. I had lost a complete day because of your irresponsibility.

I am writing this review after being disappointed a lot many times. Poor service quality. its highly disappointing using a professional company like shiprocket. they just know how to sell their product but they have no sale support. even the chat is slow and non responsive. they only help with the info that's already available on their site too. no one responds on time and the RTO is super expensive. will not suggest anyone to use shiprocket.

Third class service, Degrading their services day by day! One of the courier does not deliver the item and marked delivered , I had to send the item again which caused me loss, after raising request no satisfactorily response received, Their Heirarchy Anshul and Priyanka are goods for nothing, Sacnhit tried alot but he cant resolved the query now mailed to Abhinav, However, no response received till now, Better find other courier service, I am associated with them from 3 years never thought they will not care about old Associate member. 0 star from my side
