Pathetic service. Few shipments got delayed for more than a month and the ShipRocket team never bothered even after many escalations. They're shameless. The app will not let you escalate for few shipments. It automatically changes the expected delivery dates. Refund will never happen. Shipments get lost also (needless to say, you'll lose your customers also)

Had a very bad experience..... We shipped 7 packages through shiprocket to mysur,gudiyatham,ranchi,chintamani and ambur. Unfortunately, our customers were not approachable and as per terms and conditions they should have shipped the packages back to our hub in chennai. Instead, they shipped to a place in north india called faridabad, haryana and when we raised an issue over this they kept repeating that we weren't on time and we crossed the deadline to file a dispute. Their service was not proper at the first point and no one from the company was able to give a valid reason why it was shipped to faridabad,haryana. I recommend to forbid such a fraudulent service!!! I have shared the attachment. AWB no :- 1904172368681 i need my refund back also we will raise a police complaint the fraud has been done to us it's been 1 month the parcel is not delivered to us. from 2 months we did not received my refund daily same msg.
