The room is quite spacious with working AC, TV, Geyser, Mini Fridge etc. Washroom was clean. The owner also lives in the same building. The owner lady is nice, who tries to help you in everything you need.The owners are very friendly they also have bike in good condition .if you need in budget rooms surely will enjoy the place.

Nice Budget rooms at good location. Check-in experience: Smooth check-in without any issue. I was taken to the room, as soon as I told about my booking details after ID verification. Room: The room is quite spacious with working AC, TV, Geyser, Mini Fridge etc. Washroom was clean. Location: Nearby beach that you can visit, (Walking too) is Calangute Beach which is hardly 2 KM away. Hotel Owner / Staff: The owner also lives in the same building. That gives you feeling like home stay. The owner lady is nice, who tries to help you in everything you need. You can get home like tea/coffee etc. at reasonable price in your room.

Would like to appreciate owner Ms.Resha who went out of her way that too at 03.30 am and welcomed us with a delightful smile. She ensured speedy check-in as we had a woman with us and quickly provided us rooms. She already had cleaned the room before our arrival as we had informed our flight was delayed. We stayed there for a short span but next morning she was right there to check with us if we needed anything, she also suggested a two-wheeler rent agents who provided one of the best condition scooters. The location is perfect walk say 15 mins to the market and beach. Rooms were quite decent as we were on budget. Extra water, extra mattress were provided even though late night. Superb experience. Excellent choice for budget room near Calangute. Thankyou again Ms.Resha.

We are couples from kerala, we had a great stay from sk guest house. It's near to calanguette Beach. And the owner of the guest house is very polite and kind. She helped us to easy check in and after check out she allow us to keep our bags and belongings in her house. Stayed on December 18th. Strongly recommended stay for family and friends.
