I sent one parcel from Purnea to Bangalore on 10th Sep'20.They Misplace the consignment No 383285579 and Non of their Phone number is working. Tracking shows its there in Bangalore from last 10 days. Highly Unprofessional behaviour. Pathetic Service. India Speed Post is far better than this.
