Not delivering products to doorstep and on time . In my area no other courier is available so now they have monopoly but when new courier will come definitely their business will be down. No one likes them . Hope so new courier agencies will come then they will understand value of customer . I have complained about them more than 5 times but still no action is taken.

Wish I could give them zero stars, but luckily for them that option is not available. I had ordered medicines for a family member via Netmeds who for god knows what reason decided to make Ecom Express their delivery partner. I did not receive my parcel for days and had to constantly call them twice a day requesting them to deliver the medicines, which by the wat are very essential for the said family member. On every morning call, I was assured that my parcel will be delivered by evening, and on every evening call after not receiving my parcel, I was assured that I will get it the next morning. It has been 6 days of me constantly calling them up to get my parcel and 6 days of them fooling me and giving me fake reassurances. To top all of this, when I requested for self collection so that I don’t have to sit around and wait for them to come to their senses, they gave me a number which is not valid for incoming calls because “they haven’t recharged their accounts”. This is not the kind of service you expect from a courier service handling something as sensitive and important as medicine orders. I would suggest Netmeds to get a better delivery partner such as Delhivery or even BlueDart for that matter. So disappointed in Ecom Express and their incompetent staff.
