OK, I asked one of my friend to book a courier via DTDC from Delhi to Dehradun. the courier was booked on 13Dec, with 550 courier charges. It has been 4 days over, I didn't received my parcel. From Delhi it hardly takes less than 1 day time to reach your nearest DTDc store. As I required my parcel urgently I called the nearest DTDC office, Selaqui. Didn't picked the call. I need to visit the office on 17 Dec. Tha staff looks like unaware about the customers approach to visit the office. As nome of them has time to listen the customers voice. Worst service DTDC & worst office ever. Readers may find my words very weird, but the one who suffers, only he knows the feeling of how customers are being cheated or treated by these so called top service providers. Have you ever listened those people who complains about loosing their expensive parcels with these services??

Worst services ever i experienced.. till dehradun its superfast but this selaqui office should be shut and sued for harrasing people. Somebody have some urgency but these idiots will not even receive the calls.

Place and warehouse is clearly visible from highway but employees are lazy. Delivery agent won't work hard to find the address. If he knows address and area he will will deliver if not they will revert order back within 2 days. I sincerely think employees should be fired.

They never deliver to my address when bludart and Amazon does. When we call them, they don’t even pick up. Don’t expect a call from them. You have to yourself go and pick the parcel. They are irresponsible and don’t have any fear of escalation. Running it like a home business and spoiling the name of dtdc

wanted give zero star but that is not in option.. i have currier my mother medicines through DTDC Muzaffarnagar on 18th Apr and currier reached to selaqui on 20th apr ... but no-one contacted us. we connect to them today for delivery then they said that it is not in their area so we need to go to currier centre n collect the parcel...

They do not deliver to home. It's industrial area so they only take parcels and courier from the offices and factory. They do not provide home or door to door facility to residential, if your courier arrived they will call you to pick it up from office.
