Very very very poor service. They lie about their service in online it was showing out for delivery but no one came to my home for delivery and also wrote in status that OTP denied! Oh really if you can’t deliver the package than don’t say we do courier please never try this company for delivery, this people are fraud

Do not understood why it’s mentioned that receiver not available….. courier service didn’t call me once …. It’s the 2nd time iam facing same kind of problem…… out of delivery mentioned for the last three days but no body came to drop the parcel not even a phone call 😡😡😡

DTDC really need to check their delivery employees.Had a really bad experience.The delivery fckr name was Dawa Tamang.The package was obviously not delivered for days,so i volunteered to go to their office personally to receive it.This guy says come at 4pm,but when i reached there...the office is closed and phone is switched off.This guy seriously lacks empathy.If he had just said to come the next day,it was understandable.DTDC seriously need to fire these people,who gives the company/service a bad name.Why pay them when they dont even do their fckin job?The package was just an envelop btw.

Nah just nah. The delivery guy refuses to accept calls and lies about delivering the parcel tomorrow or the day after and keeps on delaying. Please don’t look at the 3.3 review, if i could not give a single star i would. Actually the fault is with their delivery person. Sigh just very bad experience

Just had read online bout the bad reviews but this I experienced it myself ! The worst laziest service ever after promising a delivery time of 3 to 4 days document still hasn’t been sent ! Kindly note that we don’t have the entire time of the universe so kindly do the job well before taking money as the brand name goes fr a toss too! -!;mAnd if u can’t we ll talk to the government and remove dtdc from the services as the Gangtok branch dtdc are so cunning they don’t even keep a customer care number and when we call we r being routed to some Gujarat girl !! I mean Wat the hell!kindly do the needful if you don’t want the cEO to be informed as I don’t mind doing that as a customer as u very well know customers are always right ! And u all fool us with ur promises !
