Worst experience. I had a shipment addressed to my shop giving landmark as "near Malabar medical college" and the item was delivered to the hospital itself with out even giving me a call. I could only found the item was delivered when I tracked the shipment online. And yes it was delivered to someplace and someone I did not know.!. I contacted the office and the lady on the other side of the phone was very rude to say that the shipment is delivered to the hospital. I asked her to read out the address in the package and it read my original address. And only because of seeing "near MMC" she delivered it to MMC itself. I am moving with legal actions to get my package back. It will be less time consuming if you yourself travel to deliver your package than using DTDC. zero recommends.
