Delivery point 3km from their office. But can't deliver. The parcel arrived at their office yesterday. Called and threatened again this morning. If it is not collected today, the parcel will be returned. (Parcel weight around 500 to 600 grams) Never use them for courier service.

Worst courier service, they donot do delivery to residence instead suggest to pick up from office. We dont understand why they call themselves a courier service and take home address if they cannot deliver. I will never choose them anymore.

I wonder why these people exist as courier service. The main reason why people opt for courier service is for the delivery. But the DTDC NEVER EVER DELIVERS. Let it be a light weight courier or a heavy baggage, they do not care. They call us and ask to go and collect from office. I had received a heavy courier today, and when I enquired with them regarding delivery, they gave this logic less reply " We deliver only to 673 101 in Vadakara, and not to anywhere else". So, companies or brands associated with these people, please consider the service...they exist for no reason!!!!! Never Ever choose DTDC to deliver to your clients/customer, you will lose your sales because of these irresponsible people.

Actually this is a very good courier service and very fast DTDC service in Vatakara But only one problem is this is locating in the up side of the building it should be in the ground floor. Anyway very fast service and they will inform once the courier has reached in the Shop
