Worst experience ever.. One of the lady staff was miss behaves with me on phone call . First they asked me to collect my parcel from their office when I denied , they gave me a time slot, on between that time slot when I started to called them , they again gave me a new delivery time for another day due to rain. Upto that mark everything is acceptable but when I asked them to deliver the parcel on that very day when the rain is gone, one of their employee replied on my phone call that it was not possible . When I asked her about the reason she simply reply that- I m a newly joined employee... After that I told her that I will be surely twited about DTDC baihata about this matter in twitter. After that one lady staff called me and started to miss behaved with me without knowing the fact and cause of the matter.!!

worst service experience ever with DTDC. There is no professionalism. The owner thought they are the only businessmen exist in the world. They called me to collect the parcel form their so called office. when I refused and asked them to deliver at doorstep they refused too. According to them if i need my parcel i have to collect from their unicorn office otherwise they will cancel my parcel from their side after all they are the owner.

Worst Service Experience Ever with DTDC Baihata Chariali Consignment Number: D20538161 Name: Riaz Ahmed for Ahmed Tyres. Anyway Thank you so much for Delivery after so much of phone calls and online complain. DTDC, Baihata Chariali, Branch First they refuse to deliver us the parcel to the shop (delivery loaction) showing different different issues. When we complain about this online (Ticket No. 2025415) then they agree to deliver. For not accepting their excuses they blame us that we have done misbehave with them. Actually we only tell them about the rules of delivery and they got angry on us. After delivery the lady use to call me and said that she will not be delivering future order to us. Little wound with her words what can I do with that two ladies. Suggestion: Please tell them to deliver consignment to customer doorstep and other else all good. Hope DTDC will take this in notice.

Horrible experience from one of d lady staff..my courier reached baihata branch 3days back,one of d lady called me n told that she would send d courier or I will have to pick it up..then I said her that being a brand u must give me in hand..3days passed without delivery hence today morning I called and a another lady picked...When asked she angrily told that she called me before 2days,I told that No missed call came in my no...No she didn't keep calm,now she started shouting at telling in local language that do whatever u want,u have to come n collect d parcel...When repeatedly told I recorded d whole..Later in d same no When I called again one fellow told that nobody picked d call in hos no...Just imagine if I dont have d recording as proof,they would have blamed me only..later I contacted cc,they told that d courier is showing delivered on saturday...I was shocked since I understood d whole drama..Soon a police case will be filed against this lady with penalty of telling lie n blackmail with customer...
