One of the worst service. Both husband n wife are rude big liers. They don't even no were the parcel is reached. They are telling us that we have refused our parcel n telling us to search in the dpd hub. They don't even know how to track the parcel.

Horrible place. The lady at the office is brash and rude. She has no etiquette whatsoever and verbally abuses her customers. In my opinion she is not fit for customer service and has no respect for the elderly. Horrible horrible place. Will never recommend it to anyone. Learn to excel in customer care in this line of business. Horrible and disgusting.
