Thank you for being the worst ever service provider in Kannur (probably in Kerala). Bunch of unprofessional teams doing nothing and just screwing the customers. Don't answer the phone calls, falls informations, no timely responses. The tracking details itself giving a wrong information. I will give you negative 10 rating for you. 😡😡😡😡😡

On 4th Oct 2021, I sent a parcel to my aunt from Bangalore with tracking ID B79172051 and he said he doesn't do home delivery (for a location just 10 min away). My cousin went to physically pick up the parcel and the DTDC person refused to hand out over saying that the person to whom it has been addressed has to come to the office. My aunt is a senior citizen and cannot move our of her home. The DTDC phone is constantly busy or switched off (I have tried at several times over multiple days). Even now my parcel has neither been delivered to my aunt nor sent back to me. It is just sitting in the DTDC office without any way for me to contact the person.

Worst Courier Service in Kannur district. Never attend the call of customer, No tracking IDs to the recepient, No delivery to the address . We need to pick it up from their office. Staff on the office should behave politely. Very rude behaviour of staff. Saw a missed call 3 days before,when tried to call them back they haven't attended. Next day they informed courier is here I need to pick it up from their office. As I saw the closing time updated on Google was 6pm I tried to contact them on 4.45pm itself ,still they refuse to attend. I drive all the way from kannur and reached on 5.30,their office was closed.Tried contacting them several times, No result. To register a complaint I need the tracking ID, they haven't provided that too. My office time at kannur is 10.00am to 5.00pm and they open their office after 10 and close at 5.00pm.If this is the case they could have delivered the product in the address mentioned (which is within 4km ) Such a worst Courier service I have ever experienced. Just a request , be Gentle with customers
