staff's behaviour is too irritating. one lady called me and demand to collect the courier from their office. even my address is in kollam town near to their office. she says they will send back the cover to the sender. If they cant deliver the product in address then why they booked the same in this price ?

Not recommended one service especially KOLLAM branch . Unacceptable behavior & lack of communication skills from channel partner by engaging in arguments. When a concern is raised to the branch in charge at KOLLAM , hesitant to listen the nature of concern , show his inability to solve to issue . Not Coustmer friendly .

Suggestion: improve your manager customer relations awareness for talking to customers.(manager from head office kollam). I had a bad experience I have received Edible things through DTDC , things were eaten by rat and my things were damaged,worst handled and package was damaged when I received it . After explaining everything and I have shared photos and videos along with dtdc still manager hesitate to listen to me properly.Such a irresponsible behaviour i have experienced.
