Worst service ever and worst customer service ever. The people sitting there behaviour is very rude. They just call you and ask you to take delivery from them even though you booked for home delivery. The people sitting there thinking like they were doing some IPS OFFICER jobs. Even though they living on our money which we give when we book a courier. They were not at professionals. Completely ignorant and doesn't know how to treat a customer. They don't even deserv a star. I don't know why DTDC india is keeping such people in there office. Shame on DTDC India.

This Couriers are not recommended for the delivery of food products. The delivery was done on time but my package was covered topsy-turvy and all the oil was leaking out when delivered 🙃
