You can't ask customers to come and collect the item from your office , you are charging the sender for home delivery. So I don't think you're doing a good service. My items are getting home delivered with other courier companies.

The experience was really bad, the female staff was rude claims and orders the customer to take their gooods from their transit when it is actually to be delivered to home, the particular staff does not accept her mistake and Terrifies thr customer that she is sending the courier back if it is not collected back , plz note for every services that u do there must be sincerity and dedication to it, as ur customer trusts u and u are responsible to give them ur best services as it's ur duty. Note dtdc pathnapuram is going to offer bad services if they mislead their customers, the staff has to be trained on how to be well mannered and has to b e taught how to talk with their customers, few unworthy staffs can tamper ur name dear dtdc so kindly train and monitor them closely

Terrible experience.I won't suggest this courier service to anyone.I have paid almost 14000 for the courier from Chennai to Pathanapuram.This particular courier promised us door to door courier.When I demanded for dropping my courier at my home,one particular lady staff from Pathanapuram DTDC courier behaved so rudely .After long pestering,they just dropped it in the ground floor of the building ,where I am staying in the first floor.Even after paying a lot ,I had to arrange someone else to carry all the nine boxes,which were so heavy ,to carry it to my flat.I am so disappointed with this courier.I won't suggest this to anyone.This is my personal experience.
