Beware ❗❗❗This Puttur DTDC is make you fool, they enough smart in doing such things. On 10 Oct 2022 parcel has sent from there , unknown lady went for DTDC office ..this cheating people without measuring weight charged the price. According to them weight was 3.1kg when parcel has reach to Pune it's 2.5 only If we enquire, the shop keeper lady giving inappropriate answer and skipping call. So don't do any deal with them if deal also plz be very careful, they take advantage if innocent faces seen. DTDC is good but this am talking about only this Puttur DTDC .

DTDC puttur, Mangalore branch service is really excellent, I was looking for safe transportation facility from puttur to Mumbai for my electronic gadget,I was in Mumbai and gadget was in puttur and I googled and found out DTDC branch in puttur and in first conversation I introduced with Mr. Pritam kotian , I had told him about my condition and then he had helped me to take charge on my behalf right from it's functionality checking prior to packing and showing on video call and then safely packing in carton box with cushions and taping the box properly by putting fragile stamp on it. Post packing he shared all packaging photos to me for assurance. Thus He has helped me to deliver safely in Mumbai. Really appreciate Mr.Pritam's dedication , time and service towards the unknown customers like us with a very friendly and trustworthy manner...Keep it up and best wishes for your hard work and loyalty.

Pathetic I must say!!!! Courier associate had not bothered to even text me. Whn called he said 9 digits have been given. Upon checking the receipt I see number correctly updated by client. I called him if he can deliver today or tomorrow he refused saying we don't provide service to my Location?? Then what is the use of courier service??? All courier come to my place even Myntra uses flipkart delivery but I'm seeing this for the first time. Definately we will never recommend DTDC for any of our future shippment Also one more note: my delivery location was 5km from the office still no home delivery 🙂 On a odd note: if you see the hierarchy the owner is only interested is throwing back to customer he/she doesn't take the interest to improve the service it's a threat to the owner.. In future I see the shop shutting down or give it to someone deserving

My experience at DTDC has been very poor. I never post publicly but this time it is required. The executives are unprofessional, not polite and very harsh. Over the past 2 years, we have received multiple consignments from DTDC. I am from Uppinangady and they do not deliver the parcel at doorstep. Why should we pay them separate courier charges if they do not deliver at home. That's the first thing. Again, during lockdown nobody was in a position to go out. I had ordered a few books for study purpose. I requested to deliver as it was lockdown and there was no way to go and collect it from there. They did not hear. Not only that in 3 days they returned the consignment telling the customer didn't pick. I mean how on earth can we come to pick it up when it is lockdown. I had to request the institute again and it took almost 2 months to get back the consignment. Another incident: My mom had purchased some goods online and for our bad luck this product too came in DTDC. When mom asked why are we not getting door delivery despite paying for it and it happened multiple times, the lady started yelling at my mom. Not providing service; over and above that yelling at customers for their own mistakes. It's the height of hypocrisy. I don't have any problems with DTDC. They are the best but Puttur centre is really bad. Request DTDC to strictly look into the same.
