I have been using international Courier Force quite frequently and have been very satisfied with the service provided. One time there was some custom issues which was immediately attended to and sorted out by them. It is the worst courier ever. Customer services can be rated in negatives. When called for enquiring about a parcel ,their behaviour was it's non of their business and if parcel came it's good for you otherwise whenever parcel came we will deliver according to our wish. My parcel was received in their office on Saturday , it was not delivered till Tuesday. Even after paying high amount, customer have to go and pick up the parcel. Normal Indian postal service is better than DTDC very dissapionted with staff and their services.
