It is for the first time i come across such a Mannerless DELIVERY BOY. When my parcel arrived at my place he called me and Said Tell anyboduy from ur home to receive ur parcel..If nobody can come then today we will not able to give ur parcel WHAT IS THIS...IS HE REALLY A " DELIVERY BOY". I called him Back and Said only my other is at home...How can she go Next to it He scold me in such a way Like I AM A DELIVERY girl and He is the person He called me again ...And At This Time... HE SHOUT AT ME IN A VULGAR WAY THAT everybody near me has told to complaint against him immediately that How come a Person Behave like this ..I have his numiber but will not proceed to it..

As on expected date I dint get my things nor I got any phone calls from the department,I waited for 2 more days no news so I had to call the head office on Saturday afternoon between 1-2 o clock,on calling I was kept on conference with the assigned person of Tezpur he shamelessly said he called several times but I didnt response that is totally false,I was always ready to get a call from the department because I was worried about my things as it was from home.then he said he will deliver on Sunday .I waited on Sunday till night neither he called nor he came,..n I have to call him again ...I was told it is sunday and its holiday.if they knew Sunday is holiday they could have delivered on Saturday.on Monday he came I was already out for work I told him to leave the things on the given address he didn't,and get my signature in my work place as it is in the same campus or to come at between 1:30-2:30 as I will be free,but he said he will come the next day,n asked me at what time to come, I told him to come at 8 o'clock in the morning as I will be out for my work again like the same,he said ok but he came at 12 o'clock.and after that I came to know that he is reporting rubbish in the office.please train your employee professionally and try to meet the customer satisfaction.we trust you so we choose you and we paid for it...it's not that you delivered our things for free

my courier is stuck in tezpur sorting office since 22nd july2020 and it hasnt been delivered till date.. its been over 2 months now. the team is unresposnsive, customer care also doesnt help, they promise and dont deliver. i havent seen any courier service as unprofessional as this one. wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The DTDC Service at tezpur is worst. I could not recieve the call of the person when he called me (once) as I was in a meeting. When I called back later, the person was not interested to talk about the next attempt of delivery , and he was very arrogant. After waiting for 2days , when I called him back he initially didnt respond and later told me he cant deliver as he is out of station. The parcel was returned back without any delivery attempt. Their office phone number(as on website) is even not responding. I suggest, never to trust them with anything, important, urgent and valuable.

I have visited dtdc tezpur @7:55 pm and they didn't accept my consignment and reason was not convincing.i was expecting the consignment to be dispatched from tezpur tomorrow morning only not at that moment.how would any person feel when anyone comes from 15 km far place.
