Courier service has to deliver parcels to home but you are the only company ask customers to come and collect. This is how DTDC courier runs across world? Better change your name as Courier Distribution Counter. You are not offering free service for us to come to your place and collect.

DTDC is a poor service provider. They pickup courier even for non serviceable areas also. Later will call receiver to come and collect from the hub which could be far from the customer location. Customer service claims its sender mistake. How come sender will know the to address is not serviceable? Business run by bunch of Burglars.

I have tried to send an official courier to delhi using professional courier ,but they say it is sent back due to bla bla reasons. Then i tried DTDC ,no hassles ,they delivered quick and fast, but cost wise bit more than other competitors.
