Good and reliable courier service. The oldest in Bongaon. Helpful and friendly. Edited review: DTDC is not reliable now. Think twice before choosing DTDC for courier service. Twice they didn't deliver my product, and even without contacting/call me they return the items. As my product was not delivered, i contacted them within 24 hours, i was told that my mobile was not available during their call. They didn't reply when i asked them, was it the rule to return the items within 24 hours? Now they are not friendly at all. Zero star. Please avoid. 👎👎👎

They book the parcel but the parcel is lost from their warehouse. Delivery updates without delivery is their main feature. And the courier basically delivers at home but their system is to go to their office and bring the parcel. Another excuse is that they don't always have a tracking number. Bad service like DTDC is no longer available to any courier.

DTDC is the no. 1 courier in Bongaon. Their service is really good and fast. Also you can call them on the given number to change the delivery time. Courier charges are fair.
