Had done many transactions with this DTDC branch and all were dealt in a very professional manner. There was a slight delay with one of item that I had sent and when I notified the issue, they dealt with it in such a committed manner that more than met my expectations. I'll definitely recommend this service for safe, professional and time bound service.

I trust DTDC, but these guys - Ponkunnam dtdc- are the worst staff dtdc ever had. They are rude. They never deliver on your door. I ordered something for my parents, and they wanted me to collect it from their office. Even after paying extra shipment cost, customer has to go and collect their things. If we ask about the same, the staff make fun of the customer. They dont even deserve a single star. Ponkunnam dtdc, if you cannot deliver things to customer, please dont accept the orders, lets choose some other services. Also your customer care numbers are never answered. I am posting this is not based on a single experience, this is my 7th time these guys are talking like " we cannot deliver, if you want your parcel come and collect". Such a rude person on phone. And your "never answered" customer care numbers support them. Customers can never register a complaint against them.

If you want your courier to reach on time or even reach wherever it is supposed to reach then just go with any other company. Edit after response from management: Still stand by my review for the company. There could be exceptions but the way this was handled was not professional. I dont know which branch to blame, end of the day what i care about is if the package is delivered on time. And FYI - the address falls under the 1km category that you have mentioned. And adding comments like bad behavior with the delivery boy is just a cheap trick. Blame shifters!!!
