I wish I could give a 0 review or even a negative star. They will ask you to take your parcel from their office in 1 day otherwise they will return it. You dont have any right over your parcel. Its their extremely hardworking staff who will decide whether you can take it from their office within 1 day or they get it returned. They will call you only to remind you that they are going to return it. They should have named their service a "Return service" which will totally suit their work.

Now is 10.30 in the morning..Monday Jan 16 and is still closed even though in Google it shows open..and I got some urgent parcel to receive which unfortunately won't work out now,thanks to dtdc..worst service..i will make sure i don't have to come back here ever.

I went to this place to courier my laptop the guy who was handling this place is very rude and also he overchaged us so beware of this faud. Surprisengly they don't display any rate chart so that they can loot people at whatever charges. Important point: **Before going to this fraud place get the latest charges for Air cargo and Ground cargo shipment through DTDC official site. 1.They don't provide packaging and if you request them they might do based on availibility of bubble rap ,will charge you around 400 Rs (That's for my 1.5 kg laptop). 2.This place doesn't have air cargo service as we see in DTDC in different cities so i sent my laptop via ground freight shipment which took 12 days to get it delivered. 3.This place is very dirty in terms of cleaness and packages are lying on ground . 4.Difficult to locate this place as it situated at 1st floor.

If there is option to choose 0 starts I'll will be the first to choose that. It's been 5 days my parcel is not delivered.If I reach there Dibrugarh courier department then I'll create a huge scene regarding this. I just want to ask, what is your work? If you don't know then I'll teach you, your work is to deliver parcels in the respective location to their respective owner that's it. You are earning by this work and still you are not doing your work properly why??????You don't even have time to receive our calls and still providing the contact number. SUCH A WROST COURIER SO CALLED DTDC.

DTDC Dibrugarh's courier staff members never deliver my parcels at my home. They would always say that my place is not serviceable, so I need to collect it from the office. It is not possible to go to the DTDC office everytime a parcel of mine comes. I pay around 70 -100 rupees for delivery of a small item, which is comparatively more that what other delivery companies would charge.I have lodged a complaint with the customer care of DTDC yesterday. If proper actions are not taken regarding home delivery, I will be taking this matter to the consumer forum. Dibrugarh is a large city with a considerable population. If DTDC do not value their customers, then they are gonna lose conducting business here.
