Very unprofessional. These guys think if something is sent by courier, it is urgent and hence it will be collected from office. They act like govt officers. The lady who spoke to me said she would give me the managers number and I should try "requesting" him. Inspite of paying these guys, they want us to request. When I sent the consignment, they checked the pincode and then they accepted the order. These guys sent it back saying the area is not servicable. Their vehicle travels almost everyday in front of the delivery address I had given. If DTDC doesnt fix this issue, we will be forced to move to other services. Have already asked my relatives in honnavara to stop using their service. Their customer service is at another level. 1st they promised that it will be delivered after I explained the situation. The rep assigned sent an email saying they will do the needful. when I replied asking for a resolution time there was no response. When I called again they said it will be delivered by 8 pm the same day. then they were off for republic day. the next time I called they said "ACTUALLY, the consignment has been sent back" They misguided u every time. She said the consignment has reached the source. When I went and checked, the lady here was helpless because it hadnt reached. She told me it would reach on Monday. Sent an email to the customer service guysasking them not to close the ticket. they replied back saying The consignment wud reach the same day (saturday) at the source. I got it back by Monday. In this whole process I lost a week+ for nothing and they absolutely have no regrets about it. The only person to act professional was the lady at the source

They don’t deliver anything to your home . They expect you to come to their shop / branch and pick up . I had booked premium package through my Dtdc but even though package was in their branch they made no attempt for delivery Don’t use Dtdc in Honnavara, worst service My booking id was V71423795
