Professional service to your courier needs. The girl who managed is very efficient, explains things clearly and very communicative. Sometimes, l felt she's a bit loud and up front, but that's the way she is, without meaning any offence. A couple of visits, l felt OK with that, as efficiency is what you go there for. Delivery to destinations are OK, in COVID times.

Very poor service! Not at all responsible. Staff not co operative. Don't know how to deal with customer. DTDC courier is also irresponsible one. They missed one of my Consignment to Hyderabad. Another Consignment, they took 5days to send from Palakkad to Nenmara. And Nenmara DTDC personnel not giving door delivery. We have to collect it from their centre. But, they will not inform you also. You have to track it. And you have to contact them for your courier. Very disappointed. Use India Post Speed post service instead. Speed post is very fast, cheap and they are giving door delivery to each and every corner of rural villages also.
