They are not giving value to customers. DTDC offering door to door delivery but actually never happening from Kalady branch and asking to collect courier from the branch only. I believe post office services are far far far better than DTDC courier. Situations are explained to customer care support through mail but services are remain unchanged. Please don’t use this courier service

Home Delivary is not in their history.. found from reviews checked. The executive asked everything, like : where is the house? In which street your house? In that street your house number? Everything he got.. just 500 metres from their office. At last the executive said there is no home delivery available.... I said the bludart delivered 2 days before 1 courier, at that time he said DTDC is not like that.. What else i gone their office today and collected the consignment and talk with them about home delivery. At last i remembered and confirmed a review about they are the 1980's staff..

This is the worst courier service.from goa i duspatched some documents on Tuesday and was tod that it would teach on Wednesday. Approx 450 rupees were charged.but got it on friday 4 pm.now my priduct has been dispatched from haldwani on 21st and till date not reached me.last four days it is in goa in different offices.i have made number of calls but its on deaf ears.They are thick skin and shameless.pl avoid sending thru them.Our indian post is better.Booked a cover with the courier and still it is travelling all over Hyderabad since Saturday and yet to be delivered. Hope since the rain had stopped and bright sunshine is there, it may be delivered today at Neredmet and for travelling a distance of 35 kilometers even 4 days is not sufficient as was observed from the online tracking. Decided to go by walk and handover any urgent documents to the recepient instead of using this courier service in future. The online tracking / telephone / mail id and all the possible communication alternatives were not functional which means that you can never contact them by any means. Great Courier service which should be avoided at all costs so that it will die a natural death.

Imagine ordering something , paying for home delivery and then having to pick it up from the courier office! Extremely unprofessional and needs to be avoided at all costs. Indiapost has been consistently performing as per my expectations , then why can't DTDC. Would never recomment to anyone. Please prefer any other courier service who will give worth for your money.

NO HOME DELIVERY. Please use kalady pincode if you want delivery in thanipuzha and Okkal. They don't deliver these areas except perumbavoor PIN code. Otherwise the service is good. Customer friendly.
